History J.W. Poole Inc. is a family owned and operated full service mechanical contractor specializing in commercial HVAC for new or existing properties. The company was started and incorporated in June of 1989 with Joe Poole as President and his wife Mary Ann as Secretary and Treasurer. When Joe started the company he already had 15 years of experience in the field of HVAC. Joe started working in 1974 for Allied Conditioning in Metuchen, N.J. in the sales and estimating department and stayed with the company until starting J.W. Poole Inc. In 1999, their son and son-in-law came to work for the company and are currently working field operations. Just this year, in 2004 their youngest son, recent Rutgers alumni, came on board working within the sales and estimating departments. Today, J.W. Poole’s personnel along with Joe have over 30 years of knowledge and experience in the HVAC field. This family expansion is setting the stage for the future and proves just how committed our company is to meeting the needs of its customers. J.W. Poole Inc. has one main objective: strive to serve their customers with quality materials and dedicated workmanship at a competitive price. To better reach our objective, we have expanded both our estimating and marketing departments and completed system upgrades. We are committed to always putting the customer first with the employment of skilled employees in the field and office alike. Our customer base, which includes construction managers, general contractors, architects, engineers and owners, deserve the best. And that is what we offer. J.W. Poole Inc. is both bonded and DPMC classified. Recently in 2004, we were registered as a small business enterprise. Our company continues to see rising annual sales volume on a yearly basis. As our company grows, we are committed to meet the changing needs of the future to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
